Oral Presentation Instructions:
Be present at the beginning of the session. Presentations should be a maximum of 8 minutes. 2 additional minutes will be allotted for questions/discussion. Please submit your slides to skyler@affinity-strategies.com by June 12th.
Speaker ready room will be available.
Poster Presentation:
The poster board size is 4 ft (tall) × 8 ft (wide). Please have your posters mounted by 8am on the day of your poster date and down by 6:00pm.
Push pins will be provided.
