*To qualify for the Allied Health Professionals pricing, you will need to send a scanned copy of your ID to meetings@affinity-strategies.com. **To qualify for the Trainees pricing, you will need to submit a letter from your director to meetings@affinity-strategies.com.

If you belong to one of the countries listed here as an evolving country, and your annual salary is below the 25th  percentile per capita  (average salary for your country), you may be eligible for a reduction in the registration fee to $550 USD.  You should send a letter that explains your situation on your institution’s letterhead and your annual salary to Skyler Sanderson (skyler@affinity-strategies.com).  You must also certify that you are a current member of the IRTA.  You will be informed promptly once a decision has been made if you are eligible for the fee reduction.
